Who are We?
The Elite Programmers Club was established in the University Of Buea for the expressed purpose of developing the computer programming skills as well as creating awareness in computing and information technologies among members of the university community by encouraging students to participate in solving technological problems of University and the community.
The Club strives to meet this goal by regularly organizing meetups, seminars and publications during the college semester months when brain power is at its peak and our members are together. In our meetups, we usually acquaint beginners with languages such as C, C++, Java, HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL, just to name a few. We also share new programming Ideas so as to improve on our existing programming skills.
Goal And Focus
Our goal is to help familiarize beginners with basic programming concepts while improving the programming skills of our existing members trough sharing of resources. We also work on some interesting open source projects hosted on Github.
